PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shade achieving both of shading and visibility.SOLUTION: A louver 1 shields light coming from a light source Su in an outdoor space toward an indoor space. The louver 1 includes vanes 2 disposed between the outdoor space and the indoor space. The vanes 2 include a section S2 located on a light source-side virtual straight line Ls connecting the light source Su to a reference point 30 in the indoor space, and a section S7 located on a first object-side virtual straight line L1 connecting a first object 10 in the outdoor space to the reference point 30. 【課題】遮光性と視認性を両立することが可能な遮光体を提供すること。【解決手段】ルーバー1は、室外空間の光源Suから、室内空間へと至る光を遮蔽するルーバー1であって、室外空間と室内空間との相互間に配置された羽板2を備え、羽板2は、光源Suと室内空間内の基準点30とを結ぶ光源側仮想直線Ls上に位置するセクションS2と、室外空間の第一対象物10と基準点30とを結ぶ第一対象物側仮想直線L1上に位置するセクションS7と、を有し、セクションS7の透光率を、セクションS2の透光率より高くした。【選択図】図2
