AUTOMATIC WALLPAPER PASTING MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic wallpaper pasting machine capable of solving problems including: misplacement and mixed-up of accessories due to a large number associated with the accessories of the automatic wallpaper pasting machine; and component control requiring labor due to wide variety of use frequencies among components constituting the automatic wallpaper pasting machine.SOLUTION: An automatic wallpaper pasting machine comprises: accessories to each of which an ID tag storing identification information is attached; and a control unit including ID tag detection means, and configured to: retrieve, in advance, information on ID tags attached to respective accessories; register ID tag information records in memory means of the control unit using detected identification information on ID tag information as a key; retrieve again, at arbitrary time. ID tags of accessories; and when any ID tag that cannot be retrieved, exists, issue a warning to notify that an accessory identified by an identification information of an ID tag information record does not exist.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】自動壁紙糊付機には装備品が多いので、装備品を置き忘れる場合や装備品を取り間違える場合がある。また、自動壁紙糊付機を構成する部品の使用頻度が部品により異なるので部品管理に手間を要するという課題を有している。【解決手段】識別情報が記録されたＩＤタグを装備品に取り付け、制御装置にＩＤタグ検出手段を設け、予め、装備品に取り付けたＩＤタグを検索し、検出されたＩＤタグ情報の識別情報をキーとして、ＩＤタグ情報レコードを制御装置の記憶手段に登録しておき、任意時間に、装備品のＩＤタグを再び検索し、検出できないＩＤタグが存在する場合には、ＩＤタグ情報レコードの識別情報で示される装備品が存在していないという警告をだす。【選択図】図１
