CONCRETE CURE SHEET AND CONCRETE CURE METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cure sheet excellent in heat insulation property during concrete cure between the cure sheet and outside air, and capable of producing a concrete product with high quality.SOLUTION: A concrete cure sheet 1 comprises: an outer sheet 10; an inner sheet 11 overlapped to the outer sheet 10; a tack 12 provided on the outer sheet 10; and a hole 13 provided on the inner sheet 11 corresponding to a position of the tack 12 on the outer sheet 10, and communicating a space between the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11 and outside. A part or whole part of a periphery of a concrete product C which requires concrete cure is doubly covered with the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11, a peripheral end part of the outer sheet 10 is fixed to a peripheral end part of the inner sheet 11, in the state, the concrete product is blocked from outside air, steam is supplied into a space surrounded by the inner sheet 11, and by the hole 13, air in the space is supplied into a space between the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11, and the tack 12 forms an air layer between the outer sheet 10 and the inner sheet 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コンクリート養生中の外気との断熱性能が優れ、高品質のコンクリート製品を製造する養生シートの提供。【解決手段】外シート１０と、外シート１０に重ね合わされる内シート１１と、外シート１０に設けられたタック１２と、外シート１０のタック１２の位置に対応して、内シート１１に設けられ、外シート１０と内シート１１との間と外部とを連通する孔１３と、を備えるコンクリート養生シート１。コンクリート養生を必要とするコンクリート製品Ｃの周囲の一部又は全部を、外シート１０と内シート１１との二重で覆うとともに、外シート１０の周端部を内シート１１の周端部に固定した状態で、外気から前記コンクリート製品を遮断し、内シート１１で囲まれた空間内に蒸気を供給し、孔１３により、外シート１０と内シート１１との間に空間の空気を供給させ、タック１２で、外シート１０と内シート１１との間に空気層を形成させるコンクリート養生シート。【選択図】図２
