CASTABLE REFRACTORY USED FOR MENDING OF IMMERSION TUBE FOR DEGASSING BY SPRAY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a castable refractory used for mending of an immersion tube for degassing by spray, having rebound and adhesiveness after spraying equivalent to those of an unused refractory despite utilization of used refractory.SOLUTION: A castable refractory 2 in this invention is used for mending by spray, of an immersion tube 1 for degassing in a molten steel treatment in such a state that a slag 12 is adhered to the surface of the tube. In all raw materials composing the castable refractory 2, a recycled material prepared by pulverizing the used refractory, and an unused virgin refractory of a desired blending amount only are included. Besides, in the recycled material, the blending amount and grain size of alumina-magnesian castable waste or magnesia brick waste, and the blending amount of an alteration layer in the alumina-magnesian castable waste are regulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 脱ガス用浸漬管に吹付け補修される不定形耐火物において、使用済み耐火物を利用したものでありながら、リバウンド及び吹付け施工後の付着性を未使用の耐火物を用いたものと同等とする。【解決手段】本発明の不定形耐火物２は、表面にノロ１２が付着した状態の溶鋼処理の脱ガス用浸漬管１に吹付け補修されるものであって、不定形耐火物２を構成する全ての原料に対して、使用済みの耐火物を粉砕したリサイクル材及び使用されたことのない耐火物のバージン材を所望の配合量だけ含み、さらに、リサイクル材に対する、アルミナ−マグネシア質キャスタブル屑、マグネシアれんが屑の配合量及び粒径、さらにはアルミナ−マグネシア質キャスタブル屑に対する変質層の配合量を規定したものである。【選択図】図１
