REINFORCEMENT CAGE AND ASSEMBLY METHOD OF THIS REINFORCEMENT CAGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength of those without executing welding for a main reinforcement and a hoop of a reinforcement cage, and to shorten a work time without using a bolt and a nut for requiring time for fastening.SOLUTION: A reinforcement cage 1 is constituted of a main reinforcement 2 and a hoop 3, and strength as a cast-in-place pile is secured by these main reinforcement 2 and hoop 3. An annular reinforcement member 4 is arranged separately from the hoop 3, and the reinforcement member 4 and the main reinforcement 2 are connected by connection means 5. This connection means 5 is constituted of a gripping part 5a for gripping the main reinforcement 2 and a rib part 5b welded to the reinforcement member 4. Welding is used for connecting the main reinforcement 2 and the reinforcement member 4, but a bolt and a nut are not used, and can thereby prevent taking of a fastening time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋かごの主筋や帯筋には溶接を行わずにそれらの強度を確保すると共に、締め込みに時間が掛かってしまうボルトやナットを使用せずに、作業時間の短縮化を図る。【解決手段】鉄筋かご1は主筋2と帯筋3とにより構成して、場所打ち杭としての強度はこれらの主筋2や帯筋3により確保するようにする。また、該帯筋3とは別に、環状の補強部材4を配置し、該補強部材4と前記主筋2とは連結手段5によって連結することとする。この連結手段5は、該主筋2を把持する把持部5aと、前記補強部材4に溶接されるリブ部5bと、により構成する。該主筋2と該補強部材4との連結には溶接を使用するが、ボルトやナットは使用しないので、締め込みに時間が掛かってしまうことを防止できる。【選択図】図1
