WORKING PLATFORM FOR MAINTAINING ATTACHMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working platform hardly causing a manpower accident in maintenance work of an attachment removed from a construction machine.SOLUTION: This working platform comprises a bottom part 1 where an operator stands on it for maintenance work, a column part 2 of standing from one end of the bottom part 1 and an installation part 3 for connecting a frame of an attachment provided on the upper end of the column part 2. The installation part 3 comprises an upper link 3a and a lower link 3b. Through-holes 4a and 4b are provided in the column part 2. A circular cylindrical hole 13a is provided in the upper link 3a. Through-holes 13ba and 13bb are provided in the lower link 3b. The respective holes are made coincident, and a center pin is inserted, so that the installation part 3 is installed on the upper end of the column part 2. The upper link and the lower link are provided with a circular cylindrical hole 23a and through-holes 23ba and 23bb for connecting the frame of the attachment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 建設機械から取り外したアタッチメントの整備作業中に、労働災害が起こりにくい作業台を提供する。【解決手段】 この作業台は、作業者が整備作業のためにその上に立つ底部１と、底部１の一端から起立している柱部２と、柱部２の上端に設けられたアタッチメントのフレームを連結するための装着部３とを具備する。装着部３は、上部リンク３ａと下部リンク３ｂとを具備する。柱部２には、貫通孔４ａ及び４ｂが設けられている。上部リンク３ａには、円筒孔１３ａが設けられている。下部リンク３ｂには、貫通孔１３ｂａ及び１３ｂｂが設けられている。各孔を合致させて、センターピンを挿通することにより、柱部２の上端に装着部３が装着される。上部リンク及び下部リンクには、アタッチメントのフレームを連結するための円筒孔２３ａ及び貫通孔２３ｂａと２３ｂｂが設けられている。【選択図】 図１
