PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a speed of a hydraulic actuator for a particular operation by a work machine, and to achieve elongation of a life of a power storage device.SOLUTION: A hybrid work machine comprises a limit control part. When predetermined one or more work operations (hereinafter, referred to as specific operation) of plural work operations, which are performed by the hybrid work machine, are performed in the case that a degree of degradation of a power storage device becomes higher, the limit control part reduces a speed of a hydraulic actuator at a ratio to the degree of degradation of the power storage device, which has been previously determined for the specific operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
