MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF BUILDING MATERIAL USING TUNNEL EXCAVATION MUCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a building material using a tunnel excavation muck for effectively using the muck generated at tunnel excavation.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a building material using a tunnel excavation muck has a mobile first classification process for classifying the muck at a tunnel excavation site to a predetermined particle diameter by mobile first classification means 20 arranged at a later part of a conveyor ejecting the muck to outside of a tunnel, a crushing process for crushing the muck classified to the predetermined particle diameter to a predetermined particle diameter by mobile crush means 30 and a second classification process for classifying a crushed article crushed in the crushing process by mobile second classification means 40 to a predetermined particle diameter to manufacture the building material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】トンネル掘削で生じるずりを有効利用するトンネル掘削ずりを用いた建築材料の製造方法を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】トンネル掘削ずりを用いた建築材料の製造方法は、トンネル掘削現場のずりをトンネル外へ排出するコンベアの後段に配置した移動式第1分級手段20で所定粒径に分級する移動式第1分級工程と、前記所定粒径に分級したずりを移動式破砕手段30で所定粒径に破砕する破砕工程と、前記破砕工程で破砕した破砕物を移動式第2分級手段40で所定粒径に分級して建築材料を製造する第2分級工程と、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
