MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ORIGINAL FABRIC FOR FOAMED WALLPAPER, ORIGINAL FABRIC FOR FOAMED WALLPAPER, AND FOAMED WALLPAPER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of original fabric for foamed wallpaper which can make a film production step to a lamination step inline easily in film production by a tubular film process.SOLUTION: A film production step making a cylindrical seat 1 that resin containing foaming agent is filmed in cylinder by a tubular film process, and a lamination step laminating the cylindrical seat 1 on paper backing 2 by heat in a state in which the inside of the cylindrical sheet 1 is put together are included. Besides, when the cylindrical seat 1 is filmed in the film production step, 50% or more in 100 mass% of the resin component in a layer of an inside diameter part of the cylindrical sheet 1 is formed with adhesive resin that the melting point is 80°C or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】インフレーション法による製膜において、製膜工程から積層工程までのインライン化を容易に実現することが可能な発泡壁紙用原反の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】インフレーション法により発泡剤含有樹脂を円筒状に製膜した円筒状シート1を作成する製膜工程と、円筒状シート1の内面が重なるようにした状態で、円筒状シート1を紙基材2に熱ラミネート加工する積層工程と、を含む。また、製膜工程で円筒状シート1を製膜する際に、円筒状シート1の内径部の層の樹脂成分100質量%のうち50%以上を融点80℃以下の接着性樹脂で形成する。【選択図】図1
