STICKING METHOD AND STICKING DEVICE FOR STICKING THIN PLATE TO STICKING OBJECT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately stick a belt-like thin plate in a desired position to a sticking object, by less work manpower than usual.SOLUTION: A sticking method for sticking a thin plate to a sticking object while rolling out of a thin plate roll by using a sticking device (1) having a rotary device (2) for rotating in response to expansion motion of the thin plate roll by expandably supporting the thin plate roll, a height adjustment device (3) for adjusting a height of the rotary device and a movable travel device (4) fixed to the height adjustment device (3), comprises a height positioning process of positioning the thin plate roll by adjusting a height of the rotary device (2) by the height adjustment device (3), a first sticking process of sticking one end part of a thin plate to a sticking expected position of a sticking object, an expansion process of expanding the thin plate roll in the expansion direction of the thin plate roll and a second sticking process of sticking a part rolled out in the expansion process in response to the sticking expected position of the sticking object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来よりも少ない作業人員で、帯状の薄板を貼付対象物に簡単かつ所望の位置に正確に貼り付けることができるようにする。【解決手段】薄板ロールを展開可能に支持し、薄板ロールの展開運動に合わせて回転する回転装置（２）と、回転装置の高さを調節する高さ調節装置（３）と、高さ調節装置（３）に固定された移動可能な走行装置（４）と、を備える貼付装置（１）を用いて貼付対象物へ薄板を薄板ロールから巻き出しながら貼り付ける貼付方法であって、回転装置（２）の高さを高さ調節装置（３）により調節して薄板ロールを位置決めする高さ位置決め工程と、薄板の一端部を貼付対象物の貼付予定位置に貼り付ける第１の貼付工程と、薄板ロールの展開方向へ薄板ロールを展開させる展開工程と、展開工程において巻き出された部分を貼付対象物の貼付予定位置に合わせて貼り付ける第２の貼付工程とを備える。【選択図】図１
