CORNER JOINT STRUCTURE OF WINDOW FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner joint structure of a window frame capable of compactly storing a part in storage time and carrying time, simple even in assembling work, hardly causing a defective, and reducing material cost.SOLUTION: A corner joint structure of a window frame of assembling vertical-lateral frame materials in a rectangular shape, comprises a vertical frame material 1 and a horizontal frame material 2 of juxtaposing machine screw fastening holes 11a and 21a and fitting-insertion holes 11b and 21b on an end surface of frame body parts 11 and 21, an L-shaped plate piece 3 having a pair of projection parts 31 and 31 inserted into the respective fitting-insertion holes 11b and 21b of these vertical frame material 1 and horizontal frame material 2 and a quadrangular columnar rod-like part 41 arranged along an end surface of the frame body parts 11 and 21 of the vertical frame material 1 and the horizontal frame material 2, and also comprises a corner connection material 4 for providing orthogonal two-directional machine screw insertion holes 41a and 41a' on respective side surfaces of this rod-like part 41 and providing a loosely fitting recessed part 41b corresponding to a shape of a bending part 32 of the L-shaped plate piece 3 in a predetermined corner part of extending in the length direction of the rod-like part 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 保管時や運搬時における部品の収納をコンパクトに行うことができ、また組立て作業も簡単で、しかも、不良品も発生し難く材料コストの削減も行える窓枠のコーナージョイント構造を提供すること。【解決手段】 上下左右の枠材を矩形型に組んで成る窓枠のコーナージョイント構造を、枠本体部11・21の端面にビス止着孔11a・21aと嵌挿孔11b・21bが並設された縦枠材1及び横枠材2と;これら縦枠材1と横枠材2の各嵌挿孔11b・21bに挿入される一対の突起部31・31を備えたL型板片3と;前記縦枠材1及び横枠材2の枠本体部11・21の端面に沿って配置される四角柱状の棒状部41を備え、かつ、この棒状部41の各側面に、直交する二方向のビス挿通孔41a・41a’が設けられると共に、棒状部41の長さ方向に延びる所定の角部に、前記L型板片3の屈曲部32の形状に対応した遊嵌凹部41bが設けられたコーナー連結材4とを含んで構成した。【選択図】 図1
