PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet that reliably protects a target object by being stuck to it while excellently conforming to a surface shape of the object even when the protection object has a complicated contour like an interior of a building, and that is easy to separate without damaging the surface of the target object when removing and without leaving a part of a cure sheet piece or a pressure sensitive adhesive layer behind.SOLUTION: A protective sheet 100 for protecting a surface M2 by sticking to a target object M, comprises a base material 10 and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 20, where a constant elongation load (A) caused when being elongated by 5% in a given uniaxial direction in a sheet surface is 1-10 N/cm, an adhesive strength (B) to a stainless steel plate having BA surface finishing is 0.2-5 N/cm, and an adhesion follow-up factor (A/B) determined from the ratio of the constant elongation load (A) and the adhesive strength (B) is 0.2-15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の内装のように保護対象物の形状が複雑な場合であっても、保護対象物の表面形状にうまく追従させて貼り付けることにより保護対象物を確実に保護し、取り外す際には保護対象物の表面を損傷したり、養生シート片や粘着層の一部が後残りすることなく、容易に剥離することが可能な養生シートを提供する。【解決手段】保護対象物Ｍに貼り付けて表面Ｍ２を保護する養生シート１００であって、基材１０と、粘着層２０とを備え、シート面内で任意の一軸方向に５％伸長したときに発生する定伸長荷重（Ａ）が１〜１０Ｎ／ｃｍであり、表面仕上げがＢＡのステンレス板に対する粘着力（Ｂ）が０．２〜５Ｎ／ｃｍであり、定伸長荷重（Ａ）と粘着力（Ｂ）との比率から求められる粘着追従係数（Ａ／Ｂ）が０．２〜１５である。【選択図】図１
