PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior building material for realizing excellent workability, capable of forming a wall surface capable of using a fastener with a magnet and a magnet sheet for substituting for a drawing-pin, and also easily cuttable by a cutter knife, by modifying so that a magnet is attracted to a surface of such an interior building material, by practicable simple means, in the interior building material of not attaching the magnet representative of a gypsum board.SOLUTION: In an interior building material, a plurality of plate-like magnetic materials are arranged and fixed in at least a part of a surface or a reverse surface of a base material of not attaching a magnet so that mutual adjacent magnetic materials have a mutually abutted part, or the mutual adjacent magnetic materials are arranged and fixed via a clearance having a narrow part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】石膏ボードに代表される磁石が付かない内装用建材において、実用化が可能な簡便な手段で、このような内装用建材の表面を磁石（マグネット）が付くように改質でき、これによって、画鋲代用の磁石付き止め具やマグネットシートの使用が可能な壁面等を形成することができ、しかも、カッターナイフ等で容易に切断できる良好な施工性を実現した内装用建材を提供。【解決手段】磁石が付かない基材の表面又は裏面の少なくとも一部に、複数枚の板状の磁性材料が、隣合う磁性材料同士が、互いに当接した部分を有するように配置されて固定されているか、或いは、隣合う磁性材料同士が、狭小部分を有する隙間を介して配置されて固定されていることを特徴とする内装用建材。【選択図】図１
