INCOMBUSTIBLE FILM MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible film material for building structures which is a membrane material formed by impregnating and coating a silicone elastomer to an inorganic fabric, hardly generates peeling or detachment of the coated article due to stress from bending and the like, and has quiet generation of whitening streak on a light transmission appearance of a film material, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a plastic composite having a fabric, as a substrate, which has an inorganic fiber as a yarn and on which a surface treatment is conducted by aminosilane and/or mercaptosilane and having a silicone elastomer impregnated coating layer on at least a single side surface thereof, the silicone elastomer impregnated coating layer containing a non-aromatic isocyanate compound and a crosslinking bond being generated on an adhesive boundary surface between the silicone elastomer impregnated coating layer and the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】無機織物にシリコーンエラストマーを含浸被覆してなる膜材で、折り曲げなどのストレスで、被覆物が剥離や脱落などを生じることなく、膜材の光透過外観に白化痕筋の発生が目立たない建築構造物用の不燃膜材とその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】無機繊維を糸条とする布帛で、かつアミノシラン及び/またはメルカプトシランによる表面処理が施された布帛を基材として、その少なくとも片面にシリコーンエラストマー含浸被覆層が形成された可撓性複合体において、シリコーンエラストマー含浸被覆層が非芳香族イソシアネート化合物を含み、シリコーンエラストマー含浸被覆層と基材との接着界面に架橋結合を生成させる。【選択図】なし
