PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strength improving agent for pozzolan substance-containing hydraulic composition and an additive for pozzolan substance-containing hydraulic composition which can sufficiently exhibit a long-term curability improvement effect of a hydraulic composition containing hydraulic cement and a pozzolan substance, and to provide a concrete composition containing the strength improving agent for pozzolan substance-containing hydraulic composition and the additive for pozzolan substance-containing hydraulic composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a strength improving agent for pozzolan substance-containing hydraulic composition being a strength improving agent for hydraulic composition containing hydraulic cement and a pozzolan substance, the composition containing at least one selected from a polyacrylic acid (salt), a polyphosphoric acid (salt) and a phosphoric acid-containing copolymer (salt). An additive for pozzolan substance-containing hydraulic composition being an additive for hydraulic composition containing hydraulic cement and a pozzolan substance contains a hydraulic material dispersant containing at least one selected from a sulfonic acid-based dispersant and a polycarboxylic-based copolymer, and a strength improving agent for pozzolan substance-containing hydraulic composition contains at least one selected from a polyacrylic acid (salt), a polyphosphoric acid (salt) and a phosphoric acid-containing copolymer (salt).SELECTED DRAWING: None
