BATH ROOM FLOOR PAN AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath room floor pan and a producing method thereof, which has an excellent strength even at a boss part having a thin thickness, may be produced for short resin hardening time during formation.SOLUTION: There is provided a bath room floor pan 1 comprising a floor pan main body part 2 and a plurality of boss parts 3 projecting from backside of the floor pan main body part, in which height and inclination of the floor pan main body part to be established is adjusted with an adjuster bolt connected to the boss parts. On the boss parts, an insertion hole in to which a nut screwed with the adjuster bolt is inserted is formed, the boss parts is made of resin containing carbon fibers, and the floor pan main body part is made of resin containing no carbon fibers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】厚さの薄いボス部であっても強度に優れ、成形時に短い樹脂硬化時間で製造することができる浴室床パンとその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】床パン本体部２と、この床パン本体部の裏面側から突出する複数のボス部３とを備え、このボス部と接続するアジャスターボルトによって、設置される床パン本体部の高さおよび傾斜が調整される浴室床パン１であって、ボス部には、アジャスターボルトと螺合するナットが挿嵌される挿入孔が形成されており、ボス部は炭素繊維を含有する樹脂によって形成されており、かつ、床パン本体部は、炭素繊維を含有しない樹脂によって形成されている。【選択図】図１
