DOUBLE FLOOR LEVEL AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT DEVICE AND DOUBLE FLOOR LEVEL AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an automatic adjustment of a level of a double floor.SOLUTION: A double floor level automatic adjustment device 4 comprises an automatic travel mechanism 5 for traveling on a double floor 3 installed via a height adjustable support leg 2 on a skeleton floor surface 1, an automatic bolt rotation mechanism 6 for rotating a height adjustment bolt 2b by connecting to a head part of the height adjustment bolt 2b of the support leg 2 from above the double floor 3 and automatic control means 7 for controlling driving of the automatic bolt rotation mechanism 6 by controlling driving of the automatic travel mechanism 5 based on position information of the height adjustment bolt 2b to the double floor 3. Actually, after laying the double floor 3 all over at an almost level on the skeleton floor surface 1, the double floor level automatic adjustment device 4 is placed on the double floor 3, and then, a height of the height adjustment bolt 2b is successively automatically adjusted by making its double floor level automatic adjustment device 4 automatically travel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】二重床のレベルの自動調整を実現する。【解決手段】躯体床面1上に高さ調整可能な支持脚2を介して設置される二重床3の上を走行する自動走行機構5と、二重床3の上方から支持脚2の高さ調整ボルト2bの頭部に接続して高さ調整ボルト2bを回転する自動ボルト回転機構6と、二重床3に対する高さ調整ボルト2bの位置情報に基づいて自動走行機構5の駆動を制御して自動ボルト回転機構6の駆動を制御する自動制御手段7と、を備える二重床レベル自動調整装置4。具体的には、躯体床面1上に二重床3を大凡のレベルで敷き詰めた後、二重床3上に二重床レベル自動調整装置4を置いてから、その二重床レベル自動調整装置4を自動走行させて高さ調整ボルト2bの高さを順次自動調整する。【選択図】図1
