ATTIC VENTILATION STRUCTURE AND VENTILATION MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attic ventilation structure capable of reducing the expansion of combustion, by restraining the expansion of the combustion to a sheathing roof board in a fire.SOLUTION: An attic ventilation structure comprises a roof backing 3, a sheathing roof board 4 placed on the roof backing 3, a vertical plate material 6 fixed to the roof backing 3 and a ventilation member 10 provided between the vertical plate material 6 and the sheathing roof board 4 and having a ventilation passage for communicating an attic and outside air. The vertical plate material 6 is arranged so as to form a clearance between the sheathing roof board 4 and itself, and the ventilation member 10 comprises a ventilation part 14 for forming the ventilation passage and a fireproof part 15 arranged so as to cover a sheathing roof board surface by contacting with the sheathing roof board 4 and storing a fireproof member 18 on the inside by being partitioned from the ventilation part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
