PILE HEAD CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head connection structure and a construction method thereof for a structure supported on rigidly connected pile heads at normal times, the connection structure reducing inertial force at a time of an earthquake of an intensity greater than a prescribed intensity and thereby enhancing seismic resistance of the structure.SOLUTION: A pile head connection structure 10 includes a hinge structure to which a structure 12 is connected at a pile head part 13 for supporting the structure on the pile head part, and a fixing part 17 fixing the structure and a pile 11 at the pile head part for rigidly connecting the pile with the structure at normal times, the fixing part being separated readily from the pile head part at a time of an earthquake of an intensity greater than a prescribed intensity. When the fixing part is separated at the time of earthquake, the structure is switched to be supported by the hinge structure while the rigid connection is being released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】常時には杭頭で剛結合により支持される構造物において所定の地震動以上の地震時には慣性力を小さくして構造物の耐震性を向上できる杭頭結合構造およびその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】この杭頭結合構造10は、構造物12が杭頭部13で結合し、構造物が杭頭部で支持されるヒンジ構造と、構造物と杭11とを杭頭部で固定して常時は杭と構造物とを剛結合するとともに、所定の地震動以上の地震時に杭頭部から離脱し易く構成された固定部17と、を備え、地震時に固定部が離脱することで、剛結合が解除された状態で構造物がヒンジ構造により支持されるように切り替わる。【選択図】図5
