ASEISMATIC STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a brace that secures durability of a wall to withstand shaking of a column (seismic force) but could behave abnormally, such as when a brace separates from a column and a beam at a time of earthquake and stands almost perpendicularly, the brace rising above the column and causing the beam to separate from the column, which could lead to falling of the beam and collapsing of the column, and in the end collapsing (destruction) of a house.SOLUTION: An aseismatic structure of the present invention consists of an extendable/contractible auxiliary column fitted on a column and a beam of a wall frame of a house, the auxiliary column comprising a sheath pipe fixed on the column and an inserted column inserted into the sheath pipe. The configuration prevents damage caused by an abnormal behavior of the brace, and destruction of the house caused by collapsing of the wall. Even when the beam separates from the column, collapsing of the brace is prevented while maintaining an erected state of the brace, at the same time preventing deformation, destruction and collapsing of the house and breaking of the column.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】筋交いは、柱の揺れ(地震力)に対し、壁の耐久性を確保する。反面、筋交いの異常が考えられる。地震で、筋交いが、柱と桁より外れ、略垂直に立ち上がった状態では、柱より高くなり、柱より桁は外れる。このように、桁の支えが無くなると、桁の落下及び柱の倒壊が発生し、最終的には家屋の倒壊(破壊)という状況となって、問題(弊害)である。【解決手段】本発明は、家屋の壁の骨組みの柱と、桁とに取付けられる耐震構造物は、伸縮する補助柱で、補助柱は、柱に固定される鞘管と、鞘管に差込まれる差込み柱とで構成する。筋交いの異常で発生する弊害回避、かつ壁の破壊による家屋の倒壊回避が図れる。柱より桁が外れても、筋交いの立設状態を確保しつつ、筋交いの倒壊回避を図り、併せて、家屋の変形・破壊・倒壊回避・柱の折れによる弊害回避が図れる。【選択図】 図1
