OPENING/CLOSING BODY LOCKING STRUCTURE FOR AUTOMOBILE AND OPENING/CLOSING BODY LOCKING METHOD FOR AUTOMOBILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing roof locking structure for an automobile 1 capable of suppressing both of positional deviation of an opening/closing roof 9 to a vehicle body and striking sound caused by contact with an engaged member 20, and an opening/closing roof locking method for the automobile 1.SOLUTION: An opening/closing roof locking structure for an automobile 1 comprises: an engaged member 20 fixed to a front header 11b; and an automatic locking device 30 fixed to an opening/closing roof 9 and capable of engage with/separate from the engaged member 20. The automatic locking device 30 includes: a hook member 36 having one end including a tip portion 36a engaging with the engaged member 20; and drive means to which the other end side of the hook member 36 is connected and that is engaged with the engaged member 20 by rotating the hook member 36 to the vehicle upper side. The hook member 36 includes an elastic buffer member 364 abutting on the engaged member 20 on the vehicle upper side in the state where the tip portion 36a is not engaged with the engaged member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】車体に対する開閉ルーフ9の位置ズレと、被係合部材20との接触による打音とを両立して抑制できる自動車1の開閉ルーフロック構造、及び自動車1の開閉ルーフロック方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】フロントヘッダ11bに固定された被係合部材20と、開閉ルーフ9に固定されるとともに、被係合部材20に係脱可能な自動ロック装置30とで構成された自動車1の開閉ルーフロック構造であって、自動ロック装置30に、被係合部材20に係合する先端部分36aを一端に有するフック部材36と、フック部材36の他端側が連結されるとともに、車両上方へフック部材36を回動させて、被係合部材20に係合させる駆動手段とを備え、フック部材36に、弾性を有するとともに、被係合部材20に先端部分36aが係合していない状態において、車両上方で被係合部材20に当接する緩衝部材364を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図5
