ADDITIONAL DAMPING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additional damping structure capable of certainly reducing vibration generated in a house by a vibration reducing hydraulic damper while preventing damage on a condominium (an existing building).SOLUTION: After vibration to one side in a width direction is generated in a house 11 (an existing building), a first bridge structure 13a is deformed to one side in the width direction, damping force by a vibration reducing hydraulic damper 14a against vibration to one side in the width direction is increased and the damping force reaches the maximum damping force, and before displacement of the hydraulic damper 14a reaches maximum, an additional damping structure 10A performs damping force first reduction means for reducing damping force by the hydraulic damper 14a to 1/4 or less of the maximum damping force, and after vibration to one side in the width direction returns to the other side in the width direction, the bridge structure 13a is deformed to the other side in the width direction, damping force by the hydraulic damper 14a against vibration to the other side in the width direction is increased, and the damping force reaches the maximum damping force and before displacement of the hydraulic damper 14a reaches maximum, the additional damping structure performs damping force second reduction means for reducing damping force by the hydraulic damper 14a to 1/4 or less of the maximum damping force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】集合住宅(既設建造物)の損壊を防ぎつつ、振動減衰油圧ダンパーによって住宅に生じた振動を確実に低減させることができる制震増設構造を提供する。【解決手段】制震増設構造10Aでは、住宅11(既設建造物)に幅方向一方への振動が生じて第1架構13aが幅方向一方へ変形し、幅方向一方への振動に対する振動減衰油圧ダンパー14aの減衰力が増加しその減衰力が最大減衰力に到達した後、油圧ダンパー14aの変位が最大になる前に、油圧ダンパー14aの減衰力を最大減衰力の1/4以下に低減する減衰力第1低減手段を実施し、幅方向一方の振動が幅方向他方へ転じて架構13aが幅方向他方へ変形し、幅方向他方への振動に対する油圧ダンパー14aの減衰力が増加しその減衰力が最大減衰力に到達した後、油圧ダンパー14aの変位が最大になる前に、油圧ダンパー14aの減衰力を最大減衰力の1/4以下に低減する減衰力第2低減手段を実施する。【選択図】図1
