PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the peak of acceleration generating in an upper structure of a base isolation structure.SOLUTION: A slide support device 7 includes a slide part 8 attached to a lower structure 3, a support part 9 which is mounted on the slide part 8, and moves relative to the slide part 8 in the horizontal direction when horizontal force generating in the upper structure 2 goes above friction force between the slide part 8 and the support part 9, and a hollow elastic rubber 11 disposed between the support part 9 and the upper structure 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
