PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adsorb or emit aqueous vapor contained in the air.SOLUTION: A humidity material 4 contains an adsorbent 8. The adsorbent 8 includes a first adsorbent 8A, and a second adsorbent 8B which has aqueous vapor adsorptivity different from that of the first adsorbent 8A. In the first adsorbent 8A, a difference between an amount of adsorption at a relative vapor pressure of 0.3 and an amount of adsorption at a relative vapor pressure of 0.2 under an environment at 25°C is 0.09 kg/kg or more. In the second adsorbent 8B, an amount of adsorption at a relative vapor pressure of 0.2 is 0.05 kg/kg or more, an amount of adsorption at a relative vapor pressure of 0.5 is 0.13 kg/kg or more, and an amount of adsorption at a relative vapor pressure of 0.9 is 0.21 kg/kg or more, under an environment at 25°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
