PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reinforced concrete member capable of suppressing lowering of proof strength in the middle after a break has occurred.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a reinforced concrete member, including arranging a main reinforcement from one end of a frame mold to the other end in the frame mold, and pouring concrete into the frame mold followed by solidifying, a member which has a space in the inside of the frame mold and is provided with an opening communicating with the space is arranged in the frame mold is arranged so as to be along the main reinforcement and be separated from the inner wall of the frame mold, concrete is poured into the frame mold so as not to close the opening, and an epoxy resin, a thermosetting resin, or a high toughness cement composite material is injected from the opening so as to fill the space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】破壊が生じた後の耐力の低下を途中で食い止めることのできる鉄筋コンクリート部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】型枠内に、型枠の一端から他端にかけて主鉄筋を配設し、その後、型枠内にコンクリートを流し込んで固化させる鉄筋コンクリート部材の製造方法において、型枠内に、内部に空間を有するとともに、空間に通じる開口が設けられた部材を、主鉄筋に沿って、かつ、型枠の内壁から離間するように配設し、その後、型枠にコンクリートを、開口を閉塞しないように流し込み、その後、開口からエポキシ樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、または高靭性セメント複合材料を注入して空間内を充填する。【選択図】図5
