CEMENT MANUFACTURING METHOD USING ALGAE BIOFUEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement manufacturing method using Algae biofuel having a series of cycle system of energy and carbon dioxide using fine Algae as a biofuel as well as waste gas and waste heat for culturing fine Algae in the cement manufacturing.SOLUTION: There is provided a cement manufacturing method using Algae biofuel, including a process for supplying waste gas from a cement manufacturing plant to a culture tank of fine Algae and culturing freshwater system fine Algae in the culture tank, a process for separating the cultured fine Algae and a culture medium to obtain an Algae hydrous article, and a process for inputting the Algae hydrous article to at least one of a pre-heater, a calcination furnace and a cement kiln of the cement manufacturing plant as an Algae biofuel.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメント製造において、微細藻類をバイオ燃料として利用するとともに、排ガス及び廃熱を、微細藻類の培養のために利用する、エネルギー及び二酸化炭素の一連のサイクルシステムを備えた藻類バイオ燃料を用いたセメント製造方法の提供。【解決手段】セメント製造プラントからの排ガスを微細藻類の培養槽に供給し、前記培養槽内で淡水系微細藻類を培養する工程と、培養した前記微細藻類を培養液と分離し、藻類含水物を得る工程と、前記藻類含水物を藻類バイオ燃料として、セメント製造プラントの、プレヒータ、仮焼炉及びセメントキルンのうちの少なくともいずれか１ヶ所に投入する工程とを含む、藻類バイオ燃料を用いたセメント製造方法。【選択図】なし
