DOWN PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down pipe that prevents breaking of the down pipe when a relative position between a superstructure and a substructure of a building is displaced due to an earthquake, and makes a displacement of the down pipe inconspicuous even when a displacement residue is observed.SOLUTION: A down pipe includes an upper gutter section 3 fixed on a superstructure of a building 100, an underground gutter section 5 in a ground, and a linking gutter section 4 linking the upper gutter section 3 with the underground gutter section 5. The linking gutter section 4 is fitted so as to come off at least from the underground gutter section 5, when the relative position is displaced due to an earthquake. The underground gutter section 5 includes a lower joint 51 having a wide-mouth water receiving part 51a, and an upper joint 52 located above the lower joint 51 and having a water passage part 52a housed in the wide-mouth water receiving part 51a when a displacement residue is or is not observed at the relative position, and a covering part 52b covering the wide-mouth water receiving part 51a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の上部構造体と下部構造体との相対位置が地震により変位する際に竪樋が破損するのを防止するとともに、変位残留が生じた場合でも、竪樋のずれを目立たなくできる竪樋を提供する。【解決手段】建物100の上部構造体に固定される上樋部3と、地中に位置する地中樋部5と、上記上樋部3と上記地中樋部5とを連通する連通樋部4とを有しており、上記連通樋部4は、地震により上記相対位置が変位した際に少なくとも上記地中樋部5から外れるように取り付けられており、上記地中樋部5は、広口水受け部51aを有する下側継手51と、当該下側継手51の上側に位置し、上記相対位置の変位残留が生じていない状態および生じている状態で上記広口水受け部51a内に納まる通水部52aおよび上記広口水受け部51aを覆う覆い部52bを有する上側継手52と、を備える。【選択図】図1
