FORM INTERVAL HOLDING CONE, FORM REMOVAL METHOD AND FORM ASSEMBLY METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of requiring labor for tearing-off work of a form panel and removal work of a form interval holding cone, and of requiring labor even for assembly of a form.SOLUTION: In a plastic cone 1 having a truncated cone-shaped body part 10, a female screw part 13 and a male screw shaft body 20, the female screw part is threadedly engaged with a separator shaft body end part 400, and the male screw shaft body is threadedly engaged with a form fastener female screw part 302, and comprises corotation means 22 and 23, and the corotation means axially moves a form fastener 300 in the threadedly disengaging direction from the male screw shaft body, and when removing the form after solidifying concrete, the form fastener 300 and the form interval holding cone 1 are put in a corotation state, and the form fastener 300 is axially moved, and the plastic cone 1 is threadedly disengaged from the separator shaft body end part 400, and is removed from a solidified concrete surface while integrating the form fastener 300, the plastic cone 1 and a form panel 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】型枠パネルの剥がし作業と型枠間隔保持用コーンの取外し作業に手間がかかると共に、型枠の組立にも手間がかかるという課題があった。【解決手段】円錐台形状の本体部10と、雌ねじ部13と、雄ねじ軸体20とを備えたピーコーン1において、雌ねじ部は、セパレータ軸体端部400に螺合され、雄ねじ軸体は、型枠締結具雌ねじ部302に螺合されると共に、共回り手段22,23を有し、前記共回り手段は、型枠締結具300を雄ねじ軸体から螺脱方向に軸動させて、コンクリート固化後に型枠を取り外す際に、型枠締結具300と型枠間隔保持用コーン1とを共回り状態とさせ、型枠締結具300を軸動させることにより、セパレータ軸体端部400からピーコーン1が螺脱され、型枠締結具300とピーコーン1と型枠パネル200とが一体のまま、固化したコンクリート面から取り外されるようにした。【選択図】図1
