FITTING STRUCTURE OF FIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a fixture for photovoltaic power generation device installation to a roof, which is constituted by laying flexible roofing materials on roofing boards with flexible members such as heat insulators interposed, in a shorter time so that the roofing materials do not sink owing to a load of a photovoltaic power generation device and a load of snow lying thereupon.SOLUTION: A fitting structure for fitting a fixture for installing a photovoltaic power generation device to a roof constituted by laying flexible roofing materials on roofing boards with flexible members interposed comprises: a screw part 44 which penetrates a heat insulator 3 from a roofing material 4 to be anchored to a roofing board 2; and a support part 45 provided on an upper side of the screw part 44. An upper surface of the support part 45 is located above a surface of the roofing material 4. A fixture 20 is so fitted that a load of the photovoltaic power generation device is placed on the roofing board through the support part 45 and screw part 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】野地板の上に断熱材等の柔軟性部材を介して可撓性の屋根材が敷設されて構成される屋根に、太陽光発電装置設置用の固定金具を、より短期間で、且つ太陽光発電装置の荷重やその上に積もった雪の荷重で屋根材が沈み込まないように取り付ける。【解決手段】野地板の上に柔軟性部材を介して可撓性の屋根材を敷設して構成される屋根に、太陽光発電装置を設置するための固定金具を取り付ける取付構造は、屋根材4から断熱材3を貫通して野地板2に留め付けられるスクリュー部44と、スクリュー部44よりも上側に設けられる支持部45とを備える。支持部45の上面は屋根材4の表面より上方に位置する。固定金具20は、太陽光発電装置の荷重が支持部45およびスクリュー部44を介して野地板に作用するように取り付けられる。【選択図】図4
