REMOVAL METHOD OF SOLIDIFICATION OBJECT IN PILE HEAD PART OF PRECAST PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal method of a solidification object of a pile inside in a pile head part of a precast pile, for easily removing the solidification object composed of a cement component filled in the precast pile in a sinking process of the precast pile, for forming an upper structure establishing hole for installing a part of a concrete structure constructed in an upper part of the precast pile even in the precast pile as infilling concrete.SOLUTION: A precast pile 1 of a both-end opening shape is sunk from one end side 1a of the precast pile 1 in uncured concrete 4 poured into an excavation hole 3 excavated for installing the precast pile 1 in a ground 2, and water 6 is injected from the other end side 1b of the precast pile 1 into uncured filling concrete 5 so as to become lean-mix capable of removing the uncured filling concrete 5 taken in a pile head part on the inside of the precast pile 1 by this sinking, and an upper structure establishing hole 12 is formed by removing the filling concrete 5 becoming the lean-mix by injection of this water up to a position for placing infilling concrete from aboveground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既製杭の上部に構築するコンクリート構造物の一部を中詰めコンクリートとして既製杭内にも打設するための上部構造物樹立用孔を形成するために、既製杭の沈設過程で既製杭内に充填されたセメント成分からなる固化物を容易に除去する、既製杭の杭頭部における杭内部の固化物の撤去方法の提供。【解決手段】地盤２に既製杭１を設置するために掘削された掘削孔３に流し込まれた未硬化なコンクリート４の中に両端開口形の既製杭１が既製杭１の一端側１ａから沈設され、この沈設により既製杭１の内部における杭頭部に取り込まれた未硬化な充填コンクリート５が除去可能な貧配合となるように、上記未硬化な充填コンクリート５に既製杭１の他端側１ｂから水６が注入され、この水の注入により貧配合になった充填コンクリート５を地上から中詰めコンクリートを打設する位置まで除去して上部構造物樹立用孔１２を形成する。【選択図】図１
