PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating thin Tatami for easily enabling cutting processing at a job site, and causing no slackening of a Tatami facing by heating, in the present invention.SOLUTION: A floor heating thin Tatami A is constituted of a thin Tatami base material 1, a cushion material 2 provided on the thin Tatami base material 1 and a Tatami facing 3 for covering an upper surface of the cushion material 2 and a side surface of the thin Tatami base material 1. The Tatami facing 3 is constituted of a Tatami facing body 4 being a surface member of the Tatami facing 3 and formed by machine-weaving paper yarn obtained by twisting paper made from wooden fiber, and wallpaper lining paper 5 (or glass fiber blending nonwoven fabric 5) lined by adhesion on a reverse surface of the Tatami facing body 4. The thin Tatami base material 1 is formed by laminating a glass fiber blending polypropylene sheet on an insulation board or the insulation board and its both surfaces or a reverse surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、現場での切断加工が可能且つ容易であり、加温による畳表のたるみが生じない床暖房用薄畳を提供することをその目的とする。【解決手段】床暖房用薄畳Ａは、薄畳基材１と、該薄畳基材１上に設けられたクッション材２と、クッション材２の上面と薄畳基材１の側面を覆う、畳表３とで構成されている。前記畳表３は、畳表３の表面部材である、木質繊維から抄造された紙に撚りをかけて得られる抄繊糸を機織した畳表本体４と、畳表本体４の裏面に接着にて裏打ちされた壁紙用裏打ち紙５（又は、ガラス繊維配合不織布５）とで構成されている。薄畳基材１は、インシュレーションボード或いはインシュレーションボードとその両面又は裏面にガラス繊維配合ポリプロピレンシートを積層したものである。【選択図】図１
