INSTALLATION METHOD OF VISCOELASTIC DAMPER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a construction quality, and to reduce construction cost, by executing proper and efficient construction, when installing a viscoelastic damper between respective PCa beams of upper-lower stories, in a building of a plurality of stories.SOLUTION: An installation method includes a process of installing a lower side receiving stand 30 for fixing a viscoelastic damper 10 to an upper surface of a PCa beam 20 of a lower story before placing slab concrete 100 of the lower story, a process of installing a lower part of the viscoelastic damper 10 in the lower side receiving stand 30 and a process of installing an upper part of the viscoelastic damper 10 in an upper side receiving stand 40 by facing the upper side receiving stand 40 preinstalled on an undersurface of the PCa beam 20 of an upper story to an upper part of the viscoelastic damper 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 複数階層の建築物において、上下階層の各PCa梁間に粘弾性ダンパーを設置する際に、適切かつ効率的な施工を行って、施工品質を向上させるとともに施工費用を低減する。【解決手段】 下層階のスラブコンクリート100の打設前に、当該下層階のPCa梁20の上面に粘弾性ダンパー10を固定するための下側受け架台30を取り付ける工程と、下側受け架台30に粘弾性ダンパー10の下部を取り付ける工程と、予め上層階のPCa梁20の下面に取り付けた上側受け架台40を、粘弾性ダンパー10の上部に臨ませて、上側受け架台40に粘弾性ダンパー10の上部を取り付ける工程とを含む。【選択図】図4
