BRAKING HINGE MECHANISM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking hinge mechanism having a simple structure and thereby achieving miniaturization and a relatively low cost, where the braking hinge mechanism is suitable for a flip-up counter that is installed in a convenience store, a service dining kitchen or a snack bar.SOLUTION: A breaking hinge mechanism has two leaf parts turnable to each other and a rotation block. Both the leaf parts are rotatably integrated by passing a pivot through barrels of both the leaf parts and a through-hole of the rotation block between the barrels. A one-way wheel is stored still in the barrel of each leaf part while a plastic breaking cylinder is stored still in the rotation block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造が単純であるので小型化が可能且つ比較的安価である制動ヒンジ機構を提供し、、該制動ヒンジ機構は、コンビニエンスストア、業務用ダイニングキッチンやスナックバーで設置される跳ね上げ式カウンタ用などに適している。【解決手段】相互に旋回可能な２枚のリーフ部および回動ブロックを有し、ピボットが両リーフ部のバレルおよび両バレル間の回動ブロックの貫通孔内を貫通することで両リーフ部を回転自在に一体化させ、各リーフ部のバレル内にワンウェイ輪を静止収納し、一方、回動ブロック内にプラスチック制動筒体を静止収納する。【選択図】図１
