PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water washing toilet seat device that has no electric leakage breaker mounted and that suppresses a current flowing to a user when the user gets an electric shock owing to electric leakages of a heating heater heating washing water even with the heating heater ungrounded.SOLUTION: A hot water washing toilet seat device 1 comprises: a heating heater 42b provided in a washing water passage where washing water flows and heating the washing water; an electric conductive member 44b provided downstream from the heating heater 42b in the washing water passage to come into contact with the washing water, and having electric conductivity; an earth line 44c having one end connected to the electric conductive member 44b and the other end grounded; and a resistance body provided to connect the heating heater 42b and electric conductive member 44b electrically in series, and having a predetermined electric resistance value, the predetermined electric resistance value being so set that if the heating heater 42b has electric leakage and washing water flows to the washing water passage, a current flowing through the earth line 44c is equal to or less than a predetermined current value Is.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】漏電遮断器を搭載しない温水洗浄便座装置において、洗浄水を加熱する加熱ヒータの接地が行われていない場合においても、加熱ヒータの漏電により使用者が感電したときに、使用者に流れる電流値を抑制すること。【解決手段】温水洗浄便座装置１は、洗浄水が流れる洗浄水路に設けられ、洗浄水を加熱する加熱ヒータ４２ｂと、洗浄水路における加熱ヒータ４２ｂより下流側にて洗浄水に接触可能に設けられ、導電性を有する導電部材４４ｂと、一端が導電部材４４ｂに接続され、他端が接地されたアース線４４ｃと、加熱ヒータ４２ｂと導電部材４４ｂとを電気的に直列に接続するように設けられ、所定の電気抵抗値を有する抵抗体と、を備えている。所定の電気抵抗値は、加熱ヒータ４２ｂが漏電し、かつ、洗浄水路に洗浄水が流れた場合に、アース線４４ｃを流れる電流値が所定電流値Ｉｓ以下となるように設定されている。【選択図】 図４
