PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting sheet that offers daylighting capability and is capable of reducing glare, and to provide a closing member, a daylighting system, and a method of manufacturing the daylighting sheet.SOLUTION: A daylighting sheet 10 includes: a light deflection section 20 provided with an incident surface 20a and exit surface 20b that face each other, and configured to deflect light entering the incident surface 20a before outputting the light from the exit surface 20b; and a light scattering section 30 disposed on a side of the exit surface 20b of the light deflection section 20, provided with a first surface 30a located on a side of the light deflection section 20 and a second surface 30b located opposite the first surface 30a, and configured such that light entering the first surface 30a from a first direction is scattered more compared with light entering the first surface 30a from a second direction that crosses the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
