METHOD FOR TREATING WASTE SULFURIC ACID
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating waste sulfuric acid, while effectively treating organic matter-containing waste sulfuric acid so as to be made harmless, reducing free lime in a cement clinker by utilizing the treatment of organic matter-containing waste sulfuric acid.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for treating waste sulfuric acid, where organic matter-containing waste sulfuric acid is introduced from the kiln front of a cement kiln upon cement clinker firing into the high temperature atmosphere part of the cement kiln, sulfur trioxide generated by the thermal decomposition of the waste sulfuric acid in the cement kiln is taken into the cement clinker to produce a cement clinker, and further, organic matter included in the waste sulfuric acid is thermally decomposed so as to be harmless. Previous regulation is performed in such a manner that the high temperature part of the cement kiln is 1,250°C and the sulfuric acid concentration in the organic matter-containing sulfuric acid introduced into the cement kiln reaches 80%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】有機物含有廃硫酸を有効に処理して無害化しながら、有機物含有廃硫酸の処理を利用してセメントクリンカ中の遊離石灰の低減を図る、廃硫酸の処理方法の提供。【解決手段】有機物含有廃硫酸をセメントクリンカ焼成時のセメントキルンの窯前から、該セメントキルンの高温雰囲気部に導入し、セメントキルン内で廃硫酸が熱分解されて生成する三酸化硫黄を、セメントクリンカ中に取り込んでセメントクリンカを製造するとともに、廃硫酸中に含まれる有機物を熱分解して無害化する廃硫酸の処理方法。セメントキルンの高温部が1250℃以上であって、セメントキルンに導入する有機物含有硫酸中の硫酸濃度が80%以上となるように予め調整したものである廃硫酸の処理方法。【選択図】なし
