EXTERIOR FINISHING MATERIAL AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior finishing material that enhances fitting strength when connecting an installation metal fitting, at the same time making diverse types of design available.SOLUTION: An exterior finishing material 10 is fitted on a fitting building frame 90 of a building, with an installation metal fitting 20 interposed in between. The exterior finishing material 10 includes a cover part 11 forming an outer surface when fitted, and a fitting groove 13 formed by a pair of groove forming ribs 12 extending in a vertical direction on a rear surface side of the cover member 11. The fitting groove 13 has an opening 13a of which a dimension is smaller than an engaging nut 26, so that the engaging nut 26 does not fall off in a depth direction of the fitting groove 13 when screwed into a fixing screw 25 protruded from the installation metal fitting 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 取り付け金具との連結の取り付け強度を大きくし、また、多様なデザインが可能となる外装材を提供する。【解決手段】 建物の取り付け躯体90に取り付け金具20を介して取り付けられる外装材10である。外装材10は、取り付け時に外表面をなすカバー部11と、前記カバー部材11の裏面側に縦方向に伸びる一対の溝形成リブ12によって形成された取り付け溝13とを備え、前記取り付け溝13は、前記取り付け金具20から突設される固定ビス25に螺設された係止ナット26が前記取り付け溝13の深さ方向に脱落しないように、開口部13aの寸法が前記係止ナット26より小さく構成されている。【選択図】 図1
