AUTOMATIC FINISHING DEVICE OF CONCRETE SURFACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute finishing work in a work area, by starting the finishing work in the proper timing, when executing the finishing work of a concrete surface.SOLUTION: An automatic finishing device comprises work starting timing determination means 20 for determining the starting timing of finishing work by measuring a state of placed concrete, finishing means 30 having a presser device 31 of a concrete surface and a travel device 32 and capable of self-traveling on the placed concrete and travel management means 40 for managing travel of the finishing means 30 in an area for executing the finishing work. The travel management means 40 manages the travel of the finishing means 30 based on travel control data or a comparison between work area data and present position data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 コンクリート表面の仕上げ作業を行う際に、適切な時期に仕上げ作業を開始するとともに、作業領域内で効率的に仕上げ作業を行う。【解決手段】 打ち込み後のコンクリートの状態を測定して、仕上げ作業の開始時期を判定する作業開始時期判定手段20と、コンクリート表面の押さえ装置31と走行装置32とを有し、打ち込み後のコンクリート上を自走可能な仕上手段30と、仕上げ作業を行う領域において、仕上手段30の走行を管理する走行管理手段40とを備える。走行管理手段40は、走行制御データに基づいて、あるいは作業領域データと現在位置データとの比較に基づいて、仕上手段30の走行を管理する。【選択図】図2
