METALLIC ROOF MATERIAL AND ROOF-ROOFING METHOD OF USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic roof material and a roof-roofing method of using the same, capable of reducing a recess or buckling of a surface base material by driving-in of a binding member, in the present invention.SOLUTION: A metallic roof material 1 on the present invention is the metallic roof material 1 having a surface base material 10 having a body part 100 formed in a box shape with a metal plate as a raw material, a reverse base material 11 arranged on the reverse side of the surface base material 10 so as to block up an opening of the body part 100 and a core material 12 filled between the body part 100 and the reverse base material 11, and binding to a roof backing by driving-in of a binding member to the body part 100, and is constituted so that a protrusive rib 3 composed of at least one protrusion part 30 arranged along the inside of a polygon or arranged along a circle, is provided in a top plate part 101 of the body part 100, and the binding member is driven in an inside area 3a of the protrusive rib 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、緊結部材の打込みによる表基材の凹み又は座屈を小さくすることができる金属屋根材及びそれを用いた屋根葺き方法を提供することを目的とするものである。【解決手段】本発明に係る金属屋根材１は、金属板を素材とし箱形に形成された本体部１００を有する表基材１０と、本体部１００の開口を塞ぐように表基材１０の裏側に配置された裏基材１１と、本体部１００と裏基材１１との間に充填された芯材１２とを備え、本体部１００への緊結部材の打込みにより屋根下地に緊結される金属屋根材１であって、多角形の辺に沿って配設されるか又は円に沿って配設された少なくとも１つの突部３０からなる突状リブ３が本体部１００の天板部１０１に設けられており、突状リブ３の内部領域３ａに緊結部材が打込まれるように構成されている。【選択図】図１
