FIRE-RESISTANT STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTION PART OF FIRE-RESISTANT BEAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant structure for a connection part of a fire-resistant beam that enables the fire-resistant beam to be installed readily without impairing a fire-resistant function of a beam with fire-resistant covering, by connecting an edge part of the fire-resistant beam to a support member using a connection metal fitting.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant structure 10 is for a connection between a fire-resistant beam 11 and a receiving beam 20, with connection metal fittings 32, 33 interposed in between. The fire-resistant beam 11 comprises a structural support beam 12 and a pair of beams 13 with fire-resistant covering. A support part covering member 21 is fitted to cover the receiving beam 20. The covering part connection metal fitting 33 is disposed in a central part in a width direction of the beam 13 with fire-resistant covering, and has a projecting plate part 33a projecting from the receiving beam 20 by a length not exceeding a length L and inserted into a slit part 13a formed on an edge surface of the beam 13 with fire-resistant covering, the length L being derived by subtracting a depth D of a design burning region of the beam 13 with fire-resistant covering from a width B of the beam 13 with fire-resistant covering.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】耐火被覆梁による耐火機能を損なうことなく、接合金物を用いて耐火梁の端部を支持部材に接合して、耐火梁を容易に設置できる耐火梁の接合部における耐火構造を提供する。【解決手段】接合金物32,33を介した耐火梁11の受け梁20への接合部における耐火構造10であって、耐火梁11は、構造支持梁12と、一対の耐火被覆梁13とを含んで形成されている。 受け梁20を覆って、支持部被覆部材21が取り付けられており、被覆部接合金物33は、耐火被覆梁13の幅方向中央部に配置されており、且つ張出しプレート部33aが、受け梁20から、耐火被覆梁13の幅Bから耐火被覆梁13の設計燃え込み領域の深さDを引いた長さLを超えない長さで突出して、耐火被覆梁13の端面部に形成されたスリット部13aに差し込まれている。【選択図】図3
