PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work load of attaching to and detaching from a building.SOLUTION: A fixture 1 connects a wall tie member 10, which is fitted to a scaffold F installed on the outer side of a building, and the building. The fixture 1 comprises: a base member 2, which has a hook part 2A engaging with a frame 22 of the building; a rotary member 3, which is rotatably fitted to the base member 2 and fixes the engagement between the hook part 2A and the frame 22 in a closed state relative to the base member 2 and can release the engagement between the hook part 2A and the frame 22 in an open state relative to the base member 2; and a connection part 4, which is formed at least on one of the base member 2 and the rotary member 3 and connected to the wall tie member 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
