PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elbow of metal round tube type bent at right angle having no radius corner for connecting vertical gutter at a low manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The elbow is constituted of: an L-shaped inner pipe 10 which has a right angle elbow shape having no radius corner; and a pair of I-shaped pipes 20, 20 which are mounted to straight pipe parts 11 and 11 of the L-shaped inner pipe 10. The L-shaped inner pipe 10 is an integral molding item formed by resin casting. Each of the I-shaped pipes 20 and 20 is a sheet metal work which is a steel plate bent in a straight pipe shape and seam-stopped at both edge parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】金属製で丸管タイプでありながら、屈曲部にアールのない角折れ型であり、しかも製造コストが安い竪樋接続用エルボを提供する。【解決手段】屈曲部にアールのない角折れ型のエルボ形状を呈したＬ型内管１０と、Ｌ型内管１０の両方の直管部１１，１１に装着される一対のＩ型外管２０，２０とからなる。Ｌ型内管１０は、樹脂キャスティングにより製造された一体成形品である。Ｉ型外管２０，２０は金属板である鋼板を直管状に曲げ加工して両エッジ部をハゼ止めした板金加工品である。【選択図】図３
