SOIL QUALITIES DIVISION DEVICE AND SOIL QUALITIES DIVISION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil qualities division device and a soil qualities division method which can efficiently and precisely divide the qualities of a soil to be used for a specific purpose.SOLUTION: A soil qualities division device A1 includes: a moisture meter 11 for calculating the moisture ratio of a soil conveyed on a belt conveyor B1; a laser scanner 12 for calculating the area (shape) of the cross section of the conveyed soil; a belt scale 13 for acquiring the weight of the conveyed soil; and a controller 20 for calculating the density of drying based on the area of the cross section, the weight, and the moisture ratio and determining the qualities of the conveyed soil based on the area of the cross section and the density of drying.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】所定の利用目的で使用する土について、効率的かつ的確に土質を区分するための土質区分装置及び土質区分方法を提供する。【解決手段】土質区分装置A1は、ベルトコンベアB1上で搬送される搬送土の含水比を算出する水分計11と、搬送土の断面積(形状)を算出するレーザスキャナ12と、搬送土の重量を取得するベルトスケール13と、断面積、重量及び含水比に基づいて乾燥密度を算出し、断面積及び乾燥密度に基づいて、搬送土の土質を判定する制御装置20を備える。【選択図】図5
