METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING COMPACTION GROUND IMPROVEMENT PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for establishing a compaction ground improvement pile capable of discharging a filler material smoothly into a drilled hole and facilitating establishment of the compaction ground improvement pile widened to a prescribed diameter.SOLUTION: A device for establishing a compaction ground improvement pile 101 has a drilling head 22 fitted at a tip of a hollow cylindrical casing pipe 18 that holds a filler material 51. The casing pipe 18 and the drilling head 22 are rotated integrally to penetrate into a soft ground 100 to a prescribed depth, thus forming a drilled hole 52 in the soft ground 100. After drilling the hole, the casing pipe 18 and the drilling head 22 are pulled out while the filler 51 is discharged from the casing pipe 18 into the drilled hole 52, and the penetration and pull-out of the casing pipe and the drilling head is repeated for forming the compaction ground improvement pile that has been widened to a prescribed diameter inside the drilled hole 52. A horizontal cross-section shape of the casing pipe 18 is formed to a roughly elliptical or other non-circular shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】掘削孔内への中詰め材等の排出をスムーズに行い、所定径に拡径された締固め地盤改良杭を容易に造成することができる締固め地盤改良杭の造成装置を提供する。【解決手段】内部に中詰め材51を収納した中空筒状のケーシングパイプ18の先端部に掘削ヘッド22を取り付け、ケーシングパイプ18と掘削ヘッド22とを一体に回転させて軟弱地盤100の所定深度まで貫入させ、軟弱地盤100に掘削孔52を開削するとともに、開削後、ケーシングパイプ18内から中詰め材51を掘削孔52内に排出しながらケーシングパイプ18と掘削ヘッド22の引き抜き及び貫入を繰り返して、掘削孔52に所定径に拡径された締固め地盤改良杭101を造成する装置であって、ケーシングパイプ18の水平断面形状を概略楕円形等の非円形に形成した。【選択図】図11
