PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge that enables a pair of hinge-connected fitting blades to be opened/closed without much resistance and an opened state of the fitting blades to be retained stably by setting a position of the three points appropriately.SOLUTION: A hinge includes: a fitting blade 3 having a pressurizer receiving part 7, a pressurizer 8, and a spring 9 that energizes the pressurizer in a direction; a cam 10 fitted externally on a pivot shaft 6, the cam having first to third planes 10a to 10c, curved surfaces 10d, 10e connecting the two adjacent planes, and an engaging recess 10f on an outer periphery; and a fitting blade 2 having a stopper claw 11 engaged with the engaging recess 10f for stopping rotation of the cam 10. The pressurizer 8 is pressed against an outer periphery of the cam 10 by force of the spring 9, and the pressurizer 8 comes in contact with the first to the third planes 10a to 10c respectively when an opening angle between the fitting blades 2, 3 is 0°, 90°, and 180°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ヒンジ結合された対の取付け用羽根板の開閉操作を大きな抵抗を受けずに行えるようにし、なおかつ、その取付け用羽根板の開き状態も3箇所の設定位置で安定して保持される蝶番を提供することを課題としている。【解決手段】取付け用羽根板3が、圧子受け入れ部7と、圧子8と、その圧子を一方向に付勢するばね9を具備し、ピボット軸6に外嵌されるカム10は、第1〜第3の平面10a〜10cと、隣り合う2つの平面間を繋ぐ曲面10d、10eと、係合凹部10fを外周に有し、取付け用羽根板2は、前記係合凹部10fに係止してカム10を回り止めするストッパ爪11を備え、ばね9の力で圧子8がカム10の外周に押し当てられ、取付け用羽根板2,3の開き角が0°の位置、90°の位置180°の位置で圧子8が第1〜第3の平面10a〜10cにそれぞれ面接触する蝶番にした。【選択図】図2
