DEWATERING METHOD FOR CONCRETE AND DEWATERING APPARATUS FOR CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively drain excess water from concrete by enhancing drainage efficiency in a dewatering method for concrete.SOLUTION: There is provided a dewatering method for concrete, which comprises a step where a plurality of water passage holes 18 penetrating a frame main body 4 in thickness direction are formed on the frame main body 4, water permeable material 14 is arranged inside of the frame main body 4, and a water permeable sheet 10 is arranged inside of the water permeable material 14 to form a frame 2, a step of connecting a water absorbing part 20 to the water passage holes 18 from outside of the frame 2, a step of casting concrete C into the frame 2, and a step of absorbing water from the water passage holes 18 by applying negative pressure from the water absorbing part 20 to the frame 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートの脱水方法において、排水効率を高めてコンクリートから効果的に余剰水を排水する。【解決手段】型枠本体4に型枠本体4の厚み方向に貫通する通水孔18を複数形成し、型枠本体4の内側に透水材14を設けると共に、透水材14の内側に透水シート10を設けて型枠2を形成する工程と、型枠2の外側から通水孔18に吸水部20を接続する工程と、型枠2内にコンクリートCを打設する工程と、吸水部20から型枠2内に負圧をかけて通水孔18から吸水を行う工程と、を備えていることを特徴とするコンクリートの脱水方法を提供する。【選択図】図1
