PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient real estate property preview system for making it unnecessary to directly deliver a physical key.SOLUTION: A real estate preview support server (SV) comprises: a storage part (MEM) for storing authentication information for authenticating terminal identification information associated with each portable terminal; a reception part (CMC) for receiving the terminal identification information and a preview request including property identification information of a real estate property to be previewed from the portable terminal; a preview permission determination part (PVDET) for determining whether to permit preview by referring to the authentication information stored in a storage part on the basis of the terminal identification information; an issue part (ISS) for, when preview is permitted, issuing an electronic key for unlocking a key storage terminal installed in the real estate property to be previewed; a first transmission part for transmitting a preview permission response including the issued electronic key to the portable terminal; and a second transmission part (CMC) for transmitting determination information including the issued electronic key to the key storage terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
