MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CARBON-CONTAINING PLATE REFRACTORY FOR SLIDING NOZZLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a carbon-containing refractory for sliding nozzle capable of providing the carbon-containing plate refractory for sliding nozzle having high oxidant resistance, strength and thermal impact resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a carbon-containing plate refractory for sliding nozzle by heat treating a molded body by mixing a blended article containing a refractory inorganic material for 60 to 97.4 mass%, a carbonaceous material of 1 to 10 mass%, Al or an Al-containing alloy of 0.5 to 12 mass%, nitride having standard generated Gibbs energy per 1 molar of a nitrogen atom in nitride at a maximum temperature during a heat treatment which is larger than standard generated Gibbs energy of AlN and negative of 0.1 to 10 mass% and a binder of 1 to 8 mass%, and molding the blended article to a predetermined shape under a condition with a maximum temperature of 800 to 1400°C in a non-oxidative atmosphere mainly containing Nwith Oconcentration of 0.1 vol.% or less and CO+COconcentration of 20 vol.% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高い耐酸化性、強度および耐熱衝撃性を具備した炭素含有スライディングノズル用プレート耐火物を得ることができるスライディングノズル用炭素含有プレート耐火物の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】耐火性無機材料60〜97.4質量%、炭素質材料1〜10質量%、AlまたはAl含有合金0.5〜12質量%、熱処理中の最高温度における窒化物中の窒素原子1モル当りの標準生成ギブスエネルギーがAlNの標準生成ギブスエネルギーより大きくかつ負である窒化物0.1〜10質量%及びバインダー1〜8質量%よりなる配合物を混練し、所定の形状に成形した成形体を、N2を主体とし、O2濃度が0.1体積%以下、CO+CO2濃度が20体積%以下の非酸化性雰囲気中で最高温度が800〜1400℃の条件で熱処理するスライディングノズル用炭素含有プレート耐火物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
