PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-spherical assembly type dome doubly assembled in two layers by a combination of a pentagonal shape and a hexagonal shape.SOLUTION: In connection assembly means when assembling a pentagonal assembly, an outward support base (5) and an inward support base (6) for constituting respective both-end cutting inclined plane parts (5d) are doubly assembled in two layers as a hexagonal assembly part and a pentagonal assembly part, and the outward support base (5) and the inward support base (6) are a support base of the same form except for a horizontal compensator (7), and a vertical binding part cover plate (12) and packing (12') are put on and fixed by using an upper fixing bolt (9') and a lower fixing bolt in respective shaft columns (10) and a bolt hole by a support base assembly set (A), and one pentagonal assembly is constituted by assembling in a hexagonal assembly part and a pentagonal assembly part, and a semi-spherical dome is constructed by assembling this pentagonal assembly by 6 pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
【課題】五角形と六角形の組合せにより2層2重に組み立てられた半球形状の組立式ドームを提供する。【解決手段】五角組立体を組立てる際の連結組立手段は、六角組立部と五角組立部としてそれぞれの両端カッティング斜面部(5d)を構成する外向き支持台(5)と内向き支持台(6)とが二層二重に組み立てられてあり、外向き支持台(5)と内向き支持台(6)は横補(7)を除いては同一形態の支持台であって、支持台組み立てセット(A)によりそれぞれの軸支柱(10)、ボルト穴に上部固定ボルト(9’)と下部固定ボルトとを用いて上下結着部カバー板(12)とパッキン(12’)を被せて固定し、六角組立部と五角組立部に組立てて一つの五角組立体が構成され、この五角組立体6個を組立てることで半球形状のドームを築造する。【選択図】図24
