IMPROVEMENT METHOD FOR WATER BOTTOM GROUND, OPERATION SHIP, AND INNER BUCKET PRESSURE CONTROLLING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce improved soil without taking sea bottom soil on a ship or the land, that is to produce improved soil in seawater even in a case where excavated soil from sea bottom ground contains polluted soil.SOLUTION: There is provided an improvement method for water bottom ground using an operation ship, which comprises a step of digging water bottom ground with a tip of a bucket arranged in an elevatable manner, and a step of taking excavated soil into the bucket under a state where water is disturbed from flowing into the bucket. In addition, the sea bottom soil is taken into after discharge of seawater in the bucket, and containing of excessive water is suppressed upon mixing with improvement material so as to stabilize quality of the improved soil produced. Furthermore, the stirring/mixing are carried out under a state where the bucket is sealed so as to further stabilize quality of the improved soil produced in the bucket. In addition, the improvement material is charged into the bucket via a bucket supply path independently from the state (solid/powder/liquid) of the improvement material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21A
【課題】海底土砂を船上や陸上に揚土することなく、改良土を製造できるようにする。すなわち、海底地盤の掘削土砂に汚染土が含まれていている場合などでも、海水中で改良土を製造する。【解決手段】作業船を利用した水底地盤の改良方法であって、上げ下げ可能に設けられたバケットの先端で、水底地盤を掘削する工程と、バケット内への水の流入を妨げた状態で、該バケット内に掘削土砂を取り込む工程とを含む。また、バケット内の海水を排出してから海底土砂の取込み、改良材と練り混ぜるときに過剰な含水を抑え、製造する改良土の品質を安定させる。また、バケットを密閉した状態で、上述した攪拌・混合を行うことで、該バケット内で製造する改良土の品質がより一層安定させる。また、改良材の状態(固体・粉体・液体)に係わらず、バケット用送給路を介して改良材をバケット内に投入する。【選択図】図21A
